Mark one off my bucket list!

We decided to go to Gregory Bald on Monday, June 22nd..even though we awoke to a thunderstorm and pouring rain . We have learned that it doesn't always rain in the mountains when it's raining in Maryville...We got to the Gregory Ridge trailhead at 8 am...started the hike...in the rain. We decided that this was the best trail because we had heard that the Gregory Bald trail was pretty muddy..... Gregory Ridge trail turned out to be pretty muddy too!
